A Middle East war veteran with PTSD came in with knee and lower back pain, severe migraine and diarrhea, etc, who has been taking Oxycodone for a year. The drug definitely affect the liver and screws up the digestion. Irony is that many pains he is complaining about are also induced by the drug: as with Vicodin, it induces and increases the sensitivity to touch as pain. After an hour of treatment, almost all his pains were gone and he’ll be coming back next week. He now understands that he does not need to take drugs to kill pain. Will report on his progress.
