Cancellation Policy

We consider each appointment made to be a promise and expect this agreement to be honored. Although we understand that events can occur unexpectedly, this policy ensures that we can keep our doors open and uphold our end of the agreement made by each appointment.

You will receive 3 reminders, either by text, email or both, before each appointment. Appointment reminders may be sent by Square, Inc., so please be sure to not add these to your junk box. If you are unable to show up for your appointment, we ask that you give verbal or written notice at least 1 day in advance. In the event that you must cancel your appointment the same day, we will allow a one-time ‘good faith pass’ and no penalty will incur.

If any of the following instances apply, You will be held responsible to pay for your missed appointment in full before a new appointment is made:

  • You cancel the day of your appointment and this is not the first occurrence.
  • You arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and the clinic is not informed of your delay.
  • You do not show up for your appointment and notice was not given before your appointed time (No call/No show).

If any of the above instances occur more than once, we will no longer accept advance appointments and the patient will only be seen upon walk-in availability.
