Anemia due to the kidney disfunction, shortness of breath, palpitation, fatigue.
Check the lower conjunctiva, the lining of eyelid, by pulling down with your finger.
If anemic, the conjunctiva is whitish, the lack of blood vessels.
Itchy, dry, and hard skin, discoloration of the skin.
Puffiness and edema of feet, ankle joints, and legs.
Unusual foaming of the urine (protein loss, this may also relate to the edema).
Unusual frequency of urinations.
Avoid: high blood pressure, diabetes, high uric acid. Change your diet.
